Terms & Conditions of SPREX

These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your use of our online booking service for foreign currency exchange. By making a booking or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. General Agreement

1.1 By accessing and using our booking service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

1.2 Your use of the booking platform indicates acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and related policies.

1.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Booking Requirements

2.1 Customers must provide accurate personal details, including full legal name, government-issued ID/passport number, and contact information.

2.2 Bookings are non-transferable. The person named in the booking must be the one to collect the currency.

2.3 Failure to provide correct information may result in cancellation without refund or rebooking option.

3. Exchange Rates

3.1 The exchange rates shown at the time of booking are fixed for the confirmed transaction only

3.2 Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed rate will not change, regardless of market fluctuations.

3.3 If the booking is cancelled or expires, the customer must make a new booking at the prevailing rate.

4. Payment & Collection

4.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of collection at the designated branch.

4.2 Customers must present a valid government-issued ID/passport and booking reference number at the time of collection.

4.3 Collection must be made at the chosen branch and within the scheduled time. Bookings not collected within the given period will be cancelled.

4.4The company reserves the right to refuse collection if documents do not match booking details.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

5.1 Customers may cancel or amend their booking through the booking platform before the scheduled collection time.

5.2 Amendments such as branch, time, or customer details may be subject to approval.

5.3No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to provide proper identification will result in cancellation without liability.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Personal information provided during booking will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Your data is encrypted and used solely for booking, verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.

6.3We will not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

7.Security & Compliance

7.1 All exchange transactions are monitored by CCTV for safety and compliance.

7.2 Customers may be required to provide proof of travel, proof of funds, or other supporting documents for large-value transactions.

7.3 The company has the right to decline or cancel any booking that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of anti-money laundering regulations.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 The company shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8.3 The maximum liability of the company in respect of any claim shall be limited to the total value of the confirmed booking.

9. Customer Responsibilitie

9.1Customers must ensure they arrive on time for collection and bring all required documents.

9.2 Customers must check booking details carefully before confirming.

9.3 Customers agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent activities or speculative purposes.

10. Governing Law

10.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
